About the Project
In collaboration with minimalist footwear brand Vivobarefoot, we managed the end-to-end production of a sensory forest brand activation to launch their entry into the Berlin market. Working alongside the core team, we coordinated logistics, programming, and partner communications from concept through execution. To amplify the launch, we curated and managed a network of 20 influential Berlin wellness figures, handling everything from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing relationship management. The resulting multi-touchpoint experience successfully united the local wellness community through a guided forest walk, product trials, live foot-scanning stations, and an intimate brand talk.
