About the Project

In collaboration with minimalist footwear brand Vivobarefoot, I managed the end-to-end production of a sensory forest brand activation to launch their entry into the Berlin market. Working alongside the core team, I coordinated logistics, programming, and partner communications from concept through execution. To amplify the launch, I curated and managed a network of 20 influential Berlin wellness figures, handling everything from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing relationship management. The resulting multi-touchpoint experience successfully united the local wellness community through a guided forest walk, product trials, live foot-scanning stations, and an intimate brand talk.
